No Guarantee of Results

BDRclaw automates outreach workflows; it does not guarantee any particular outcome. We make no promise of a specific number of replies, meetings booked, opportunities, revenue, deliverability rate, or return on investment. Results depend on your audience, offer, connected accounts, and market conditions, all of which are outside our control.

AI-Generated Content

The service uses automated and AI-assisted systems to research prospects and draft messages. Every message passes a quality gate before it is eligible to send, but automated systems can still produce errors, omissions, or content that is unsuitable for a given recipient. You are responsible for reviewing and approving what is sent from your connected accounts.

Your Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your recipients and for complying with all applicable laws and carrier rules, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, A2P 10DLC requirements, GDPR/UK GDPR where applicable, and anti-spam regulations. The service enforces a suppression list and honors opt-outs, but the ultimate responsibility for lawful, consented outreach remains with you.

BDRclaw orchestrates the outreach, CRM, and data tools you already use, over each provider's own interface, using credentials you supply. BDRclaw is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a certified or official partner of any third-party tool it can connect to, and the availability of an integration is not a statement that the provider permits it — you are responsible for using each connected service within that provider's own terms. LinkedIn access is offered through Zevari, an independent value-added reseller; naming Zevari is not an endorsement of, or by, LinkedIn. All product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDRclaw is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for your failure to comply with applicable messaging laws, arising from your use of the service.
